Amazing tour! Our seacanoe guide, Bus, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Both lunch and dinner on the boat were delicious! My only caution would be to make sure you have hotel pickup planned in advance as we had some trouble with that.
I booked the tour online and confirmed all the pick-up time and location twice. Unfortunately, it took several phone calls to sort out the pick-up as the office entered incorrectly. We arrived in time for the tour and missed the waiting time at the souvenir which was a blessing in disguise. The tour was fantastic. Our guide was energetic and made sure we got to see a monkey, bats, lizards, a type of frogs unique to the area and the bats. This experience was unique and the sites were incredible. The meals were above average. At the end of the evening, we had forgotten the initial mix-up and had an enjoyable adventure.
This was a fantastic day, from the research I did it was the only tour that allows you to be out in Phang Nga Bay for the sunset, which was incredible. Leaving later in the day also meant that we were the only people at the destinations we kayaked around. The staff were wonderful and so was the food
This tour was amazing! The crew and guides were full of personality and spoke English really well. It felt like they gave each person their own personalized tour, and made the day special for every guest. The food was delicious, and we felt safe throughout the day, while still feeling safe and taken care of. Our guide especially was fantastic and he took the BEST care of us. A very special day, that iwll always be remembered!!
This was the most awesome thing I have ever done in my 54 years!! Picked up at 11.50am at out hotel in Surin lovely air con car - 1 hour or so trip to the Marina. We then hopped on the big cruiser - very calm lovely trip for again, an hour or so out to the caves!! Cannot explain the magnificence of this day...I am very claustrophobic and suffer from anxiety so to be honest, this is something I could never imagine myself doing if I had gone on my own, Having the guide there just makes it happen for you so easily. Going through the low ceiling caves a little scary, but our guide Bussy did a fantastic job and we felt completely safe at all time....and the lagoon once you got through the cave - MAGNIFICENT...In short this is a MUST DO...as a side note we were fed 2 beautiful freshly cooked on the boat meals...got to swim in the Andaman sea and were looked after by the lovely crew at all times...Thanks again for this once in a lifetime experience
On July 15, 2017, my family and I embark upon a once in a lifetime excursion the Phang Nga Bay Sea Tour from Phuket. We had an incredible, mind-blowing, remarkable and amazing time, it exceeded our expectations, it was only heightened by the wonderful crew and Mr. John Gray himself. It was extraordinary experience, highly recommend it !!!!
