I want to tell you my indignation about your work!
The day before yesterday was on your site was booked this trip.
However, we could not get the service for which we paid. We flew to Miami airport, at the indicated time, by the indicated flight. However, at the airport, after waiting nearly an hour, we were never met. We stood at the bus stop of Supershuttle, addressed to drivers of the specified company, with the request to help us, but anybody and has not helped. Moreover, they frankly ignored us.
We began to call the phones indicated in the voucher 305 871 2000, but there was no help from there either. We contacted the support service, explaining where we stand, and that no one is coming for us, that at the airport, there is no meeting manager, as indicated in the voucher Contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative wearing either a gold shirt or a blue jacket that says SuperShuttle.
They refused to help on the phone, explaining this by saying that we should pass a check in, and only after that we will be met. For a check, as it turned out, you need a seven-digit confirmatory code. I dictated all the numbers that were indicated in our voucher, but I did not achieve anything, all the numbers were not valid, and did not confirm our purchase of this transfer.
After that, the support phone did not answer us at all. I tried to download the pp of SuperShuttle and check in via this app, but the program required a seven-digit confirmation code.
I asked for help to the airport employees, so they called the customer service of Supershuttle, and explained our situation, showed our voucher. And only after the airport employees called, they clarified the situation. As it turned out, there is no airport in this airport, and there was never a meeting manager. Check in the bus had to be made only through the program or only by phone, with a seven-digit confirmation code that you did not provide to us !!!
As a result, we spent two hours at the airport in a strong wind, and at 7 degrees Celsius !!! I'm in the seventh month of pregnancy, wasting time in the empty, trying to prove something and how to justify myself !!! I caught cold because of you, and your lack of discipline! I demand to return money, and I wish to never have business with you again!

I would not recommend this at all. Our wait time was over 20 minutes. Then the guy showed up and picked us up. Then he drove through the terminal only to make a loop and go back since he forgot he got assigned more folks. We waited again for 5 min and the guy had already left. Stay away!

Very smooth operation- No problems with a very courteous driver - Would strongly recommend this service

this is qood organizeded and cheap transport Miami arrival transfer. Highly recomanded

First time used service and received poor instructions on where catch bus and that my name was for a certain bus. There were 2 other couples that must have been first timers because they were just as confused. For first time users of this service they might need a little more direction but overall it was ok for trip to hotel.

Excellent service. I had called simply to get info as the shuttle we needed to take but the representative I spoke with, Monique, after obtaining the info I requested, offered to complete the reservation for me. I told her about the discount voucher I had and she was able to apply it. The very nice young lady at the airport looked after us just as if we were family members. The shuttle driver took great care of us she kept us informed of stops we were to make and answered several questions I and other passengers had. She was a very careful driver. Till next time, K
