Stonehenge was as I remembered it. Been there, done that in 1962 - all alone in the rain. Now, fifty years later, we were 27 in the rain, and the experience was stunning! I was deeply touched by the presence of these monumental stones, from nature to culture and back to lichen-covered pure installations of art. To be quite frank, the wind and rain added favourably to the experience.
Our guide, James, looked like detective Foyle, with his hat and umbrella and vast knowledge of the subject matter in hand. Were we just lucky, or are all the guides of this standard?
Scott the driver had the coach dancing through the wind and the rain, on narrow lanes in what must be the closest thing to and quot;rural England and quot; as possible. I enjoyed it all, and consider the money well spent.

Our guide was outstanding, filling in information as we went to each stop. Bath was ok, a bit touristy. Lunch was nice and Stonehenge was special at sunset. Worth it!!

This full day tour was everything we had hoped for! Beautiful coach bus transported us to amazing Bath for a incredulous step back into Roman times then onward to Lacock for a genuinely great meal at a 400+ year old pub! A beautiful sunset walking among the massive stones at Stonehenge was surreal. Perfect pictures on a perfect day!

This was our third trip to Stonehenge and was by far the best one ever! What a gift it was to wander through the henge at dusk when the sun was just setting! It was a sight we will never forget.

This was an absolutely fabulous tour! We picked the evening tour and are so glad we did. The company was Premium Tours and they did a wonderful job with interesting commentary, appropriate stop durations, comfortable ride and amazing experience at Stonehenge. Lucy was our guide and Marty our driver. Lucy ran a tight ship and we made good time and were able to spend a little extra time at each stop. The first stop was Bath and we had plenty of opportunity to tour the Roman Baths Museum and also wander a bit and get a snack in the town square. Next was a visit to the village of Lacock. It was the dinner stop at the George Inn the oldest continuously operating inn, from 1392. The menu is limited and you order while still enroute to Bath and Lucy orders ahead. It was a cool, funky little place and everyone sat family-style at the tables. A great way to meet your bus-mates! The food was not gourmet, but it was good! Finally, you head to Stonehenge. I don't know what I was expecting when I booked the trip, but I guess I thought there would be multiple other buses doing the same thing. I wasn't expecting huge crowds, but I was expecting more than just our bus. Nope. It was just us. Me and 50 of my new best friends! Lucy takes you into the inner circle 25 at a time. She is an archaeologist by training and had tons of great information! We chose to go in with the second group and were so fortunate to be there at that time. The clouds had parted when we arrived and the sun was setting while we were inside. The photos were amazing. Then, Lucy brings everybody out and you can take photos without anyone else in the shot. Absolutely worth every penny for this tour!

We can say many things about this tour, and they all would be great! The bus arrived on time (actually a bit early, which we were thankful for, as it was a wet cold day in London) and we were off on the start of the tour at a time that made sure there was little to no traffic. Stonehenge was the highlight for my boyfriend, as he has always wanted to see it. The idea that we could go inside the Inner circle and look around, made this experience worth every penny. No other tours were there, so we could really take everything in. The tour guide (Claudia) was full of knowledge and was very friendly. We went to Lacock for breakfast and it was very quaint. We didn't get to see the Abbey, unfortunately, because it was too early. The Roman Baths/Bath part was a real treat. We didn't expect it to be so charming. I actually want to go back to Bath and stay there on another vacation. You get lots of time to wander around if you take the Day trip option. Thank you for such a fantastic time.

Regardless of the drive. If in England you must see the wonder of Stonehenge. The inner circle tour was worth the price for the privacy and information included in the tour. Our guide was knowledgeable Nd very kind.

I went on a tour with Denise as the guide and Anthony as the driver.

Good: plenty of time at each site (60ish mins at Stonehenge including 40mins at the stones, 60ish mins in Lacock for brunch and exploring, 2ish hours at the Roman Baths/Bath in general). The commentary from Denisa put each site into perspective. Not having to drive was major benefit to me since I visited from the USA. Anthony’s driving skill was mind boggling. Some of those tight turns and narrow streets in the countryside would make me nervous in my car, let alone while driving a large bus. The bus seats (leg room excluded) were plenty wide and comfortable.

Less than good: not much leg room on the bus. I’m 6’1” and my knees were solidly in the seat back in front of me, so that was a bit unpleasant. That being said-I always have that experience on buses.

Overall, I think this tour was a great value. Getting to see Stonehenge with 49 other people was better than seeing it with several hundred-they had us all stay on the outer circle initially so that everyone could get an uninterrupted photo of the stones. Between covering admission to each site and transit-this tour was well worth the price.

I loved this tour. I am not a person that enjoys packaged tours. This was the only option that I had to get the inner circle tour of Stonehenge. It was well worth it!! I loved the entire tour. I wish that we had more time in Bath. Once you get into the Baths, there is no time to explore the city or other areas. In addition, I made the choice not to eat in Lacock so that I could explore the Abbey. I highly recommend it. The tour guide was amazing!!!!!

It was an early morning start, but afforded a lovely private viewing close up of Stonehenge. The stop at Lacock village was quaint and cute. Would have loved to have a longer stop here to see the abbey. Bath was nice to see but super crowded. The guide was cheerful and gave lots of good tips.
