London Eye: Champagne Experience

Great experience! We were directed to wait in the Eye Lounge where it was air-conditioned and had a bar which we enjoyed. Then we skipped the line with our host Jennifer where she served champagne while answering any questions anyone had about London. Great experience!

Great way to skip the line and enjoy the amazing views! Our hostess Anita was very friendly and a wealth of knowledge.

I had an issue with my reservation and Juan at the VIP experiences desk was very rude and condescending towards me. With the amount of money paid for the experience you would think patrons would be treated with basic courtesy. Once on the eye, our guide Giovanni was wonderful. He saved the experience

Champagne Experience much better than regular London Eye - separate area to wait and have bathrooms and drink alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages - taken by tour guide to capsule - regular trip is 30 people and with Champagne experience you have 20 people and 4 bottles of decent champagne - great time and great experience

The Champagne Experience makes viewing London from the sky extra special. The service was outstanding from check-in, waiting in the blue room, to skipping the line to the eye!

We missed our originally scheduled tour because of the River tour, however, the salesclerk was so very understanding and was able to place us on the next open tour. Staff was present and available to offer directions and instructions. Once in the waiting room, the bartender and tour escort was so very polite and accommodating. This will always be a special and wonderful experience and the highlight of my trip. My husband has a fear of heights, however, the movement is so slow and steady, he could not feel the movement and also enjoyed the view. I would highly recommend this tour for all who are visiting London.

Overall, extremely worth it to arrive to a shorter line and to get a more personal experience and a glass of champagne. The process of arriving, getting our vouchers turned into a ticket and getting on the actual Eye was a bit chaotic. But better than the standard option by far.

Amazing! I was in London for the first time on a short stay. This was wonderful and I am terrified of heights. I wish I remember our host. He was fabulous. A MUST DO!
