The day was amazing! Siena is a beautiful little city with lots of history. The lunch was great and there was time to buy from the winery gift shop at the end to bring home some of the wine and pasta you tasted. Pisa was small and just enough time to climb the tower. Buy the ticket to climb, it's worth it! Our guide was great! There is water for sale on the bus which was good.
This was a great way to see so many places in a short amount of time. We never felt rushed and we were given so much wonderful information in a concise way. Sarah was our guide and I give her 5 stars (more if i could!). We loved her so much we booked another tour for the following day that she led. (Also incredible). You’ll love the amount of time you have in each stop, the food at the farm was unbelievable.
Oh my gosh, we had such a wonderful day. There is no way we would have covered so much in one day without this tour. Angie and Marco were fantastic. Every stop was incredible and the lunch was delicious. We were a bit apprehensive bringing our 5 year old along but there was no need. Don't miss this one!
This was an amazing tour, the lady guide was awesome, very friendly, informative and engaging. Tuscany beauty, rolling hills, Italy country side enchanted us. The best part of the tour was the wonderful lunch with Chianti wine 4 different kind, Pasta, Cheese and salad. Wish we could spend more time in Siena and Pisa. Loved San Gimignano, its castles, view from the hill top and the excellent gelato. The tour is highly recommended and the highlight of our Italy tour. We had joy, we had fun, we had season in the sun.
my teenage son and I spent a few days in florence and booked this tour with walkabout and it was amazing! We especially enjoyed the lunch at the farm with the fabulous views of the vineyard. Our guide was Belen and she was fantastic. It is an all day trip so be prepared to be exhausted by the end but it was worth it.
My fiancé and I wanted to get out of the city for the day and this was absolutely perfect. Tuscany is absolutely beautiful. You get to spend a little time at each location; Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. There’s some walking required but nothing strenuous. It was more than what we could have asked for. Our tourguide Lavi was amazing, she has a ton of knowledge and is available for any questions at any time.
This tour of Tuscany was truly fantastic. My husband and 4 children ( 3 teenagers and a 7 year old ) took this tour since our time in Florence was very limited, and we wanted to visit as much as we could. It was beautiful and informative, and we learned so much more than we could have imagined.Ale, our guide, was smart and funny, and was very engaging. Even though it was a very long day ( 12+ hours ), I highly recommend this tour. All 6 of us enjoyed the day immensely and hope to return to Tuscany again soon!
Since I do not exercise regularly, I read the tour's instruction carefully before signing up . However, the tour was challenging for me because we walked 5+ miles uphill/downhill country road on that day, according to my daughter's smart phone. I hoped that the tour instruction could be more clear about the walking distance so I can evaluate my physical condition before joining the tour.
This was one of the highlights of our visit. We had enough time to enjoy each stop with a lot of information provided by our tour guide, Angie. Angie was a great guide - she made sure to connect with everyone answering questions, and made sure the tour was enjoyable for everyone. My 7 year old daughter also enjoyed the tour - especially the gelato in Siena and the leaning tower of Pisa. I recommend this tour to everyone, with or without children.
